About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
• Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and exceed their expectations
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English. Additionally, we're looking for someone who is:

• Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
• Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills
• Technologically savvy, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
