Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and make informed decisions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends to the management team for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Required Skills
