What to Expect: Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
  • Navigating our Windows-based and web-based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules
  • Scheduling appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and recommending alternative routes when necessary
