Remote Logistics Coordinator-Bilingual Spanish/English

Position: Full-Time, Remote Industry: Logistics / Operations Support We’re seeking a highly organized and bilingual Remote Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team and ensure smooth, efficient handling of materials, shipments, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while communicating with partners and team members in both English and Spanish. 🔹 Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, scheduling, and order tracking
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, field teams, and customers in both English and Spanish
  • Manage tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and resolve shipping delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets, logs, and inventory-related documentation
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and transportation records
  • Support purchasing and material requests by following up on orders and delivery timelines
  • Assist with scheduling freight pickups and coordinating shipments across multiple locations
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding delivery status and inventory needs
  • Perform general administrative and communication tasks to support the logistics department

🔹 Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • 1–3 years of logistics, supply chain, administrative, or coordination experience (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic logistics platforms (UPS/FedEx portals, TMS, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
  • Problem-solving approach and ability to adapt in fast-paced situations
