Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients, team members, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving. This is a remote work opportunity, and we will provide the necessary equipment and training to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses

  • Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems
  • Fulfill customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our call center database, documenting customer interactions and updating job knowledge
  • Participate in educational opportunities and knowledge management to stay current with industry trends and arenaflex's best practices
  • Develop and implement reporting requirements as directed by supervisor or manager
  • Handle Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assist other team members as needed
  • Assist in the training of new hires and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, and willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
