What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative who shares our passion for education and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication abilities
  • A personable, attentive, and responsible approach to customer interactions
  • Perfect English language proficiency
  • High technological proficiency, with experience working in online environments using common software
  • Previous experience as an educator is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and responding promptly and professionally
  • Resolving customers' concerns and answering their questions to the best of your ability
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and responding calmly to customers' complaints
  • Promoting our product and company positively to attract customers and address any concerns or questions
  • Recommending possible features to meet customers' needs
  • If necessary, referring issues and questions to managers
  • Based on interactions, suggesting features and improvements to enhance our platform and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles
  • Flawless English language proficiency
  • High proficiency in technology, with experience working in online environments using common software
  • Previous experience as an educator is an advantage, but not required

* This is a part-time position, with 25 hours/week (US EDT Weekday Mornings)
