About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Social and Digital Media Insights team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our digital and social media strategy. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver key performance metrics for arenaflex's social and digital media platforms, providing vital insights to our CMO and GM teams.

• Investigate and decipher web-based entertainment stage measurements (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok) to mine noteworthy insights.
• Collaborate with key partners across Research, Analysis, and Information Science to drive business decisions.
• Influence social listening tools to create personas, and topics to capture voice, brand affinity, crowds, and trends across arenaflex's brands.
• Monitor social channels, identify relevant social posts and discussions, and communicate social sentiment to community managers and leadership.
• Lead advanced analysis and statistical projects to develop our understanding of partner's marketing data patterns and their business implications.
• Influence external datasets across competitive analysis tools to illuminate broader audience and business implications across all arenaflex brands.
• Work closely with social media planners, brand managers, and community managers to provide data-driven recommendations for their social and advertising strategies.
• Work directly with the heads of the social media teams to manage the outcome of the occupied social strategy, which will be measured by adjusting ahead on goals and KPIs.
• Plan and maintain dynamic dashboards to envision key social media performance indicators, working with continuous insights and decision-making for partners.

Requirements

* High proficiency in digital and social media analysis and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Fledgling).

• Strong written communication skills, including creating and presenting data-driven analyses and insights to key partners.
• Strong verbal communication skills and able to pitch compelling presentations.
• Strong analytical skills, able to verbalize what social and digital media recommendations will mean for arenaflex organizations at large.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media's impact on digital traffic.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
• Experienced in data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with SQL to query and control large datasets, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis for robust reporting and insights.
• Imaginative and innovative with a self-starter mindset and enthusiasm to take on new challenges.
• Demonstrated history and enthusiasm for complex critical thinking and analysis.
• Strong work ethic and fundamental values (integrity, respect, creativity, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits

* The salary for this position ranges from $35-$45/hour, and may vary based on factors such as your location, skills, and experience.
