<b>Job Description</b>Job Description<p>Immediate opening for an <b><b>Litigation Attorney </b></b>with at least <b><b>3+ years </b></b>of <b><b>Insurance Defense Litigation </b></b>experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Farmington Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! Even better, this law firm will be offering a hybrid schedule that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week!<br><b><b>Must</b></b> <b><b>be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 3+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience!</b></b></p><p>Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and a proven track record in:</p><ul><li>Insurance Defense litigation;</li><li>Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end;</li><li>A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;</li><li>Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;</li><li>Embracing and developing client relationships;</li><li>Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills; and</li><li>Accurately report time.</li></ul><p>Book of business appreciated but not required!<br> Salary commensurate with experience, as well as portable business. <b><b>Singing Bonus Potential </b></b><br>Apply today!
