In this role, you will be responsible for crafting winning strategies, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring we consistently outperform our market targets. Strategic Leadership & Planning</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="6"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,0,0">Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="6,1,0">Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="7"><strong data-path-to-node="7" data-index-in-node="0">2. Team Management & Coaching</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="8"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,0,0">Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,1,0">Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development/coaching.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,2,0">Foster a high-performance, positive culture centered on accountability and growth.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0">Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="11"><strong data-path-to-node="11" data-index-in-node="0">4.
