If you are interested in this opportunity, please respond with an updated resume and the required details at the bottom of this email.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position: Project Manager - Corporate Office Buildout</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Remote </strong></p><p><strong>Long-Term Contract </strong></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities </u></strong></p><p>Assist in leading simultaneous technology deployments across three large office sites. </p><p>Assist in developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. </p><p>Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Network, Security, Systems, AV, Facilities, and Construction. </p><p>Establish governance, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards </p><p> Conduct regular project reviews and quality assurance checks to confirm the successful execution of project objectives. </p><p>Facilitate the onboarding process for new resources, ensuring compliance and background checks are completed within 5-10 business days. </p><p>Scale project resources up or down as needed through change orders, maintaining flexibility to meet customer needs. </p><p>Manage day-to-day interactions with the customer, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. </p><p>Oversee the project scope, timeline, and deliverables, proactively managing changes and potential crises. </p><p><strong>Program & Project Leadership </strong></p><p>Lead simultaneous technology deployments across three large office sites. </p><p>Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. </p><p>Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Network, Security, Systems, AV, Facilities, and Construction. </p><p>Establish governance, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards. </p><p><strong>Vendor & Contractor Management: </strong></p><p>Manage low-voltage contractors, integrators, OEM partners, and general contractors. </p><p>Review SOWs, BOMs, and technical designs for completeness and accuracy. </p><p>Ensure adherence to standards, security requirements, and quality benchmarks. </p><p>Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance </p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in project management, particularly in network infrastructure projects. </li><li>Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. </li><li>Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for U.S.-based projects. </li><li>Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across different time zones. </li><li>5–10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure deployments. </li><li>Demonstrated experience delivering multi-site office buildouts or large-scale network implementations. </li><li>Strong understanding of: </li></ul><p>Enterprise networking (switching, routing, wireless) </p><p>Structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) </p><p>Physical security systems </p><p>AV systems and conference room technologies </p><p>MDF/IDF design and data centre environments </p><ul><li>Experience working alongside construction teams and facilities. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously. </li><li>Strong financial management and executive reporting experience.</li></ul><p></p>
