Sales Force Developer / Admin - Remote

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform. This role will also include administrative responsibilities such as user management, system configuration, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Development:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
  • Build scalable and efficient applications that meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party applications.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflow automation.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Administration:

  • Perform system configurations, user setups, role management, and permission sets.
  • Maintain data integrity and data governance, including data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage sandbox environments and deploy changes between environments.
  • Ensure system security by implementing best practices and regular audits.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and user instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Data Loader).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
