In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities, including but not limited to, passenger services, baggage handling, and aircraft turnaround coordination.   • * Assist passengers with check-in procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
  • * Coordinate aircraft turnaround activities, including gate assignments, catering services, and fueling operations.
  • * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • * Handle baggage efficiently and accurately, including loading and unloading from aircraft.
  • * Collaborate with various airport departments to resolve issues and maintain operational efficiency.
  • * Communicate effectively with flight crew, ground staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * High school diploma or equivalent.
  • * Prior experience in airport operations or related field preferred.
  • * Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
  • * Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
