We are seeking an experienced and dependable healthcare professional to join our team as a CNA Program Coordinator for a growing Nurse Aide Training Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nursing or healthcare education professional seeking a flexible, meaningful role with the ability to help build and guide a high-quality training program. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the CNA training program
- Ensure compliance with state, DOE, DOL, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain student files, records, and required documentation
- Assist with curriculum organization and program readiness
- Coordinate instructors, schedules, and clinical placements
- Support audits, renewals, reporting, and inspections
- Help prepare for new student cohort launches
- Maintain professional communication with staff and agencies
Preferred Qualifications
- RN license preferred (active or prior experience strongly valued)
- LPN with leadership/education experience may be considered
- Experience in CNA training programs, nursing education, long-term care, or healthcare administration preferred
- Former Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or similar leadership role highly valued
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
