Remote Senior Sales Development Representative

Our client, a leading SaaS provider in the B2B technology space, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fully remote sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive new business growth by identifying and qualifying sales leads. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting up discovery calls for the Account Executive team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social selling. Research target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers. Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates. Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and achieving targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in an independent, remote work environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new products and processes quickly. A proactive and tenacious approach to prospecting and lead generation. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.
