Email Marketing Coordinator

MJH Life Sciences is committed to the success of its employees and is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of email marketing campaigns. The role involves managing email lists, scheduling campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands
• Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting
• Schedule and deploy email campaigns in coordination with editorial and marketing teams
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports for stakeholders
• Support A/B testing initiatives to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance
• Maintain email marketing tools and platforms, ensuring proper functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email efforts with broader marketing strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, segmentation, compliance)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
