[Remote] Remote Inbound Sales Agent (Fintech)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jerry is a leading app for car owners, helping millions save money on insurance, repairs, and loans. They are seeking Remote Inbound Sales Agents to provide expert advice and assistance to customers seeking insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Answer Inbound Calls: Talk to people who have already started their insurance search in our app
• Simplify the Process: Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the one that fits their budget
• Solve Problems: Listen to a customer’s concerns and find a solution that makes them feel confident in their choice
• Close the Deal: Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there

Skills

• Experience in a high-standard retail environment (Apple store, Microsoft store, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, Costco, etc.)
• Genuine enjoyment in helping people and maintaining an upbeat demeanor throughout the day
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating different screens while talking to a customer
